Welcome to the Thrive Collective, your complete client-centered clinic in Coaldale Alberta. We are dedicated to providing health and wellness services for all ages, from infants to adults.
What is Facial Massage?
Facial Massage involves gentle manipulation of the facial muscles and tissues. This practice uses a variety of strokes and pressure points to stimulate the skin and underlying muscles, promoting relaxation and improving circulation. Facial massage can be an integral part of skincare routines, helping to enhance the appearance of the skin, reduce signs of aging, and provide a sense of overall well-being. It can also be used to target TMJ pain and encourage lymphatic drainage that may cause puffiness.
How It Works
During a facial massage session, the therapist uses their hands and fingers to apply gentle, rhythmic movements to the face, neck, and shoulders. Facial cups are used to encourage lymphatic drainage and reduce fine lines and cold jade stones are used to reduce pore size. A gentle, foamy cleanser is applied followed by a hydrating moisturizer to leave your skin feeling bright and glowy. Don’t forget the accompanying head and neck massage to provide the ultimate relaxation experience. This can be booked as a stand alone treatment or as an add on service to your regular massage appointment.
