Meghan Leffingwell

Hi! I’m Meghan, owner of Thrive Collective and registered massage therapist. I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s Competency-Based Mastery Level RMT Program in 2020. Upon graduation I returned to my hometown of Coaldale, Alberta where I have been able to build my career over the past 4 years. I love being able to contribute to the health and wellness of the community I grew up in. I have a combination therapeutic/ relaxation treatment style. I want you to leave feeling like we have addressed your concerns, and also had time to unwind from the hectic pace of life. I strongly believe in patient education and empowerment and will likely send you home with homecare so you can continue to take corrective action off the treatment table.

Jessica Stanley

I’m Jess, and it’s a pleasure to connect with you. I graduated from City University of Seattle with a MA in Counselling Psychology, following my BA in Psychology from Athabasca University. I’m thrilled to announce my role as the in-house counsellor at Thrive Collective. At Thrive Collective, I’m dedicated to providing compassionate and effective counselling services tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to cultivate resilience, foster personal growth, and empower you to live a fulfilling life.

In my practice, I specialize in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) informed therapy, emphasizing acceptance and change. With DBT, I aim to create a supportive space where individuals can explore their emotions, behaviours, and thoughts while developing practical skills for coping with life’s challenges.

My other area of focus is Women’s sexual health and well being. By supporting individuals to live life more fully engaged in their relationships to others and themselves.

I’m excited to join you on this journey towards healing and self-discovery. Let’s work together to create positive change and unlock your full potential.

When I am not with clients you can find me enjoying the mountains or on the farm with my family and multitude of animals.
